Lost....

I have always been in a small company helping out in every single part of the operation...
My dilemma right now
What have I missed working for a big corporation?
Is it wise to move on to a big company and experience something different or is it best to stick to the current one which is only me and my boss hands on in everything.
Advise anyone?

I think that totally depends on your career objectives and how happy you are in your current job.

A bigger company gives you a bit more opportunity for being moved around, both within the organisation and geographically but as you point out, in a smaller company you get involved in more areas.

I think it depends on your career objectives, type of personality and organisational culture of the firm you may want to join. If you know these three things, then it will be easier to decide.

the only problem with working for a small company is that you have nobody to learn from. One advantage of working for a big company is that you'll be working with a lot of experienced people (if you choose the right one) who can teach you things it would take you a long time to figure out by yourself!
On the other hand, as you say, in a small company you'll get involved in lots of different things and learn a bit about each. Each one has its benefits!
