On the way to the department store to get the present - i got the chuckles

Church - make 3 wishes

There were 4 Wedding receptions @ the Park Hyatt Hotel but i found this piece most interesting...
The Wedding reception - i must say it was pretty impressive..colours were well matched giving a warm feel (red and gold..very Christmasy) complimented by a good choice of frank sinatra, jazz and love songs...

Food..GLorious food..
In a western wedding, more often than not, there are usually two appetizers, two mains and two desserts..the dishes are placed at every alternate person at the table i.e. the person next to you gets the beef and you get the chicken..just swop if with the next person if you don't like what you have on your plate!
Menu with S.T.Y.L.E

Entree
Antipaso with Marinated Vegetables, Anchovy filled Gordal's, Dips, Procuitto, Cured Salmon and Grilled Ficelle...
OR....
Smoked Slamon and Dill Terrine with Cucumber Jelly, Avocado and Baby Herb Salad and Flying Roe

Main Course
Char-grilled Chicken Breast on Truffle Potato with Roasted Field Mushroom Topped with Goats Curd and Extra Virgin Olive Oil......OR...Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Mash, Sauteed Beans and Mushroom Ragout and Wild Thyme Sauce
Eat eat eat...yum yum yum....it was FANTASTIC.. Chicken breast is often over cooked especially at wedding dinners however, I must say the Chicken Breast i had at this wedding was succulent and tender...compliments to the Chef!
