Frenchamerican Thanksgiving

Another thanksgiving dinner at E's place.
French patisserie chef cooking thanksgiving dinner hmmmm you might think.

One word to summarise it - FANTASTIC.

Hungry was he.
We had beans, turkey, mushrooms and baked potato cheese.
No sauce for the turkey and I was afraid it would be dry. I was pleasantly surprised he cooked it with just the right moisture and flavor to it.

Dessert - Caramelised apple with ice cream.
This picture did not do any justice to the dessert it was so good.
So simple but yet so good.
